Reminded provider that fire drills are to be practiced monthly and shelter-in-place drills only need to be practiced twice per year.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:15am and 12:30. There was 1 children present with the Provider for a total of 4 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed crawling, playing freely, socializing (babbling) with the provider. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. There is an ample amount of toys available for the children. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
