Technical assistance was offered regarding the house pet.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 3:45 pm through 4:55 pm. There were 6 children (5 points) with 1 caregivers present. 5 children's records, 1 caregiver and 1 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed arriving to the family day home from school, washing hands before snack and engaging in small group activities. Attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. A walk through of the family day home was also conducted. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
