Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/03/2020 from 3:15 P.M.--5:10 P.M. At the time of inspection three children were present, an additional six children arrived afterschool for a total of nine children (twelve points) with one provider present. Five children's records, two caregivers records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, emergency plan, one pet vaccine, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during free choice activities, arrival of school age children, handwashing, snacktime, and departure. There were no violations found during the inspection.
