Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/31/2020. The inspection began at 11:30 AM and concluded at 2:00 PM. There were 11 children in care with a total of 32 points. The provider and her two assistants were present on this day. During the inspection, children were observed during lunch, preparation for nap, media time, and nap. The inspector reviewed five children's records. The inspector also reviewed the provider's record, her two assistants? records, and all household records. The inspector examined rooms used for care, drill documentation, and the emergency supplies. This provider does not administer medications. There were no violations discovered during this inspection.
