A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/04/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 10:30 AM and departed at 12:15 PM. Seven children were in care with two caregivers. Morning activities and preparation for lunch were observed. Five caregiver/household records and five children 's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found
