The provider was reminded that documentation of the required three hour health and safety update must be maintained in the records.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/04/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 12:35 PM and departed at 2:30 PM. Three children were in care with the provider. Two caregiver and four children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
