An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am-12:30pm. There were 8 children (21 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Caregiver and children were observed playing with large blocks, reading books, singing and dancing. A infant was observed being held during their bottle feeding. Infants were observed crawling and moving freely. Naptime was observed. The transition to nap time was orderly, quiet, and children went willingly onto their cots to nap. Infants were brought upstairs for more playtime and then naptime. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
