Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/04/2020 was conducted from 1:05 pm to 2:00 pm. At the time of inspector's arrival there were 9 children, ages 12 months-3yrs, for a total of 22 points, in care with the substitute provider. The records sample size consisted of 5 children's records and 2 provider / assistant/substitute records. Children were observed engaging in nap, free time, and interacting with the provider. The provider stated that no medications are being administered and there have been no injuries.A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements.
