Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on Monday, November 4, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspector arrived at 11:15 AM and concluded the inspection at 12:30 PM. Today, there were six children, totaling 13 points, present with one caregiver. During the inspection, children were finishing lunch and preparing for nap time. Transportation is not provided. Medication is not administered. The provider has two pets and all required documents were reviewed. Children?s equipment, learning materials, indoor and outdoor space, and restrooms were inspected. Five children?s records, one caregiver record, daily attendance records, fire and shelter in place drill logs, and all required postings were reviewed. The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
