A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/21/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:50am-1:10pm. There were 3 children (15 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record, and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with toys and watching television. The family day home has had an address change since the last inspection. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection and one new household member has moved in since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
