Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:50am-1:10pm. There were 3 children (15 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record, and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with toys and watching television. The family day home has had an address change since the last inspection. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection and one new household member has moved in since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Description: Based on record review, children's records were missing required information.

Evidence:
Children A, B and C were missing the first day of attendance.
