Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/11/20 between the hours of 10:40 am through 12:15 pm with the provider on site. There were 3 children in care and 2 resident children present (12 points) with the provider. A sample of 3 children's files and 3 caregiver/household member's files were reviewed. The children were observed engaging in free play. Naptime, diapering, and handwashing was also observed. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, annual training hours, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Description: Based on observation, hot water taps available to children were not maintained within a range of 105?F to 120?F.

Evidence:
Hot water from the bathroom sink, available to children, measured 126?F.

Plan of Correction: I contacted someone to check it for me. It will be done.
