An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 8:40 am through 9:45. There were a total of 9 children (19 points) observed with 2 caregivers. A total of 6 children's files and 5 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, sensory activities, story time,and hand washing.
