An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:50am. There were 12 children (41 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. One infant was observed sleeping in a crib on the upper level of the home supervised by a caregiver. Caregivers were observed sitting on the ground playing with the children, reading books, building with blocks and talking to the children.
