An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:43am-1pm. There were 8 children (27 points) in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating snack and engaged with the caregivers.One new caregiver has been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-780-B Description: Based on record review, the provider did not review with the parent each child's file at least annually.
The file of Child B was last reviewed 01/01/2019.

Caregivers B and C completed 12 hours of training in 2019.
