The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 3/03/2020 from 2:50pm to 4:45pm. The children were observed participating in napping, completing eating snack and learning through play in centers. Today, there were five children, totaling 12 points, present with one caregivers. The caregiver was observed interacting with the children and cleaning. Interviews were held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children. The menu was posted.
The provider does administer medication.
The provider does not provide transportation.
The provider does not have pets.
Five children?s records, two caregiver records, and one household member record was reviewed during the inspection.

Last shelter-in-place drill: 1/30/2020
The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-530-G Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure children under two years of age do not use pillows or filled comforters.
Evidence:
Upon arrival, the inspector observed two children under the age of two laying on pillows during nap time.Plan of Correction: The pillows will immediately be removed.
