An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 10 children, totaling 29 points. Children's records, household adult records, caregiver training, background checks, health records, the physical plant, children's nutrition, and emergency preparedness items were inspected today.
This inspection took place in the middle of the day. All children were observed napping. The children had been served tofu cheese pizza, pineapple, and milk for lunch earlier today.
