A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 27, 2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:33 a.m. through 1 p.m. On this date, there were two children (six points), ages ten months through two, in the care of the provider during the visit, but two additional after school children expected later, for a total of eight points. The total enrollment for the program was five children. The records of the provider, two household members and five children?s records were reviewed. No medication is being administered at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
