A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/09/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the family day home at 8:50 AM and departed at 11:30 AM. There were 7 children in care with a total of 18 points with a provider and her substitute provider providing care and supervision. Five children's records were reviewed on this date and five provider and household records were reviewed during the inspection. This vendor administers medications but there were no medications on the day of the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
