Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/5/20 from 11:00am until 11:45am. At the time of entrance, there were 3 children in care plus 1 household child, for a total of 8 points, with the provider. A sample of 3 children's records and 2 provider/household member records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in free play and interacting with the provider. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated there are currently no children in care being administered medication and there have been no injuries to children since the last inspection. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
