Comments:

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 03/04/2020, between the hours of 9:39 A.M.-11:50 A.M. Twenty-five children were enrolled and twelve children were present for a total of 21 points with two caregivers. Two caregiver records, five children?s records, one household member record, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during hand washing, circle time, snack (parents provide), small group time, transitions, outdoor play and dismissal.
