Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 03/17/2020 from 10:40 am - 11:40 am. At the time of entrance there were five children in care with the provider. The ages of the children counted for a total of ten points. Children were observed during free play. After free play children washed hands and proceeded to outdoor play in the backyard.
Records were reviewed for one new child in care. The record for the provider and one household member was additionally reviewed.
No medication is being administered at this time.
