A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/16/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10am-11:20am. There were no children in care. A sample of 1 caregiver's record and 6 household member's records were reviewed. Children will enter care later today. Zero new caregiver have been hired since the last inspection. No areas of non-compliance cited today. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
