Consultation was given on the CPS check form, email results and the need for the provider to email that the CPS checks were submitted within 10 days of the renewal study.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced renewal study was completed today. Seven daycare children (18 points) and three household members (7 points) were in the daycare with two caregivers. Observed children sleeping for AM nap, free play with trucks and puzzles, record review, physical space, emergency preparation and training. Lunch to be served today was chicken stew with rice and vegetables. No medication was reported to be on-site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
