There were six children in care, ranging from five months to four years of age, for a total of 19 points. The children were observed having free play, drinking bottles and napping. Seven children's records and four provider/household member records were reviewed. The last emergency escape drill was conducted: 2/12/20, and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 1/9/20. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
