An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 1 child (4pts) with Provider and 1 assistant were present today. Due to current national health status, a majority of children were not in care today. No new staff since the last licensing inspection. Observation of the home was made, previous violations were reviewed and corrections were verified. One new enrollment since the last inspection, one children's file was reviewed and found complete. No medications on site at this time. Current certifications remain up to date as well as background checks for all staff/household member.
