A phone investigation was conducted on April 6, 2020 in response to a complaint received regarding noncompliance with COVID-19 social distancing guidelines of no more than 10 individuals per space.
Based upon telephone interviews and documentation review, the complaint is deemed not valid.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing regulations, this complaint does not meet the parameters of an in-person investigation.
