Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/11/20. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present with the provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children?s records, the provider's record and one household member's record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
