Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on May 12,2020 and concluded on May 12, 2020. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present as Provider is not currently operating. The Inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to complete the inspection and so Provider used phone for a virtual inspection. The Inspector reviewed staff records via phone and Provider is planning on obtaining an updated TB Screening report once her Doctor's office is open. The Inspector was able to see the set up and records to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
