Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 5/13/2020 and concluded on 5/15/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were four children present for a total of eight points. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children's records and two provider/household member records submitted to ensure documentation was complete.

The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with standards that are documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@dss.virginia.gov.
