An unannounced virtual inspection was conducted via a telephone application on May 12 2020 and was concluded on May 19 2020. There were 5 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. A sampling of child records, the staff files, attendance records, emergency drills, and procedures were inspection and discussed. No violations were observed during this process.
