Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted at this time.

A renewal inspection was initiated on 6/1/20 and concluded on 6/2/20. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children or staff present, as the daycare closed due to the health pandemic on 3/19/20. A tentative re-opening may occur 6/10/20. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 child record submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@dss.virginia.gov
