An unannounced virtual monitoring desk review via mobile video app was conducted today. There were 2 children (7 points) directly supervised by The Provider. 1 staff records, 2 children?s records, and 2 household member information was reviewed. Documentation of evacuation drills and emergency policies were inspected. Per Provider there were no medications on site today. Children were observed sleeping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
