Maintaining Household member background checks for those recently turning 18 was discussed.
- Comments:

An unannounced virtual monitoring desk review via mobile video app was conducted today. There were 3 children (7 points) directly supervised by the provider. 1 staff record, 2 children?s records and 2 household members records were reviewed. Evacuation drills and emergency policies were inspected. Per Provider there were no medications on site today. Children in care were observed playing freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: During review child 1 was missing proof of IdentificationPlan of Correction: I will get it from the parent. I must have forgotten to write it down.
