During review The capacity increase was discussed. Provider was informed that while operating under social distancing regulations. The provider must operate UNDER new capacity to be in compliance

An unannounced virtual monitoring desk review via mobile video app was conducted today. There were 3 children (14 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills and emergency policies were inspected. Per Provider there were no medications on site today. Children were not observed.
