Today's inspection was conducted utilizing an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia This renewal inspection was initiated on 5/29/2020 and concluded on 06/02/2020. The provider was contact by telephone to initiate the inspection.Records were submitted by the provider. Two children's records; staff and household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws were found. No violations were issued.
