This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:00am. There were no children in care and 1 direct care staff. The home, 1 staff record and 2 household member?s records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was a sufficient amount of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children expected to be in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
