An announced initial inspection was conducted today between the hours of 1:45 pm through 2:45 pm. The inspection was completed virtually using Zoom. The provider walked me through the childcare area and entire house. The childcare area is located in the lower level of the 3 level town home. The LI used the FDH facility review checklist to tour the house. The cribs meet the required manufacture dates. There were no children in care but the provider is caring for 2 children part time. The provider and household member records were reviewed and are current. No children records were reviewed this date. The provider has been inspected before by our subsidy inspectors.
