An unannounced virtual monitoring desk review was conducted today. According to provider there were 3 children (7 points) directly supervised by the provider. 1 staff record, 3 children?s records and 1 household member record was reviewed. Evacuation drills and emergency policies were inspected. Per Provider there were no medications on site today. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
