63.2 Facilities and Programs
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 6/3/20 and concluded on 6/4/20. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. 1. Children #1 and #3 do not have: the name, address and phone number of 2 emergency contacts in case the parents cannot be reached or the policy number for their respective health insurance.
Plan of Correction: The Provider has asked for this information from the parents, but will ask again.
