The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Child Care Grant application was emailed to provider as a resource.
Emergency Provisions state form was emailed to provider as a resource.
Previous violations from the November inspection were reviewed. All corrections verified. One repeated violation found pertaining to a different child record.

A monitoring inspection was initiated 6/18/20 and concluded on 6/22/20. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 2 children present and Provider. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records, 1 household member's record and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. This inspection was conducted virtually via Facetime.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on child record review, one child's record did not contain all required information.
Evidence: Child #1's record did not include full addresses for both emergency contacts.Plan of Correction: Full addresses will be obtained from the parent today at pick up time. Going forward I will ensure that all paperwork is complete.
