This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on June 18, 2020 and concluded on June 24, 2020. The provider and relevant persons were contacted in regards to a violation of standard 640. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support that this standard was not met. Therefore this complaint is being deemed "not valid".
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
