The provider and caregivers will renew their TB screening before re opening the FDH.
The central registry form was emailed to the provider to be completed for the household member who just turned 14 years.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/7/2020 and concluded on 7/7/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (0) children present and (0) staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (1) child?s record and (1) staff record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. All other children and caregiver records had been reviewed and are current.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
