2VAC40-111-(8)-560-A-1 Awareness of and responsibility for each child
Monitoring of each sleeping infant in one of the following ways:
-By placing each infant for sleep in a location where the infant is within sight and hearing of a caregiver
-By in-person observation of each sleeping infant at least once every 15 minutes
-By using a baby monitor

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/03/2020 and concluded on 08/05/2020. The provider n was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
