On 8/27/20 a virtual desk review was conducted via phone and email correspondence. Due to COVID19 the inspector was not able to be on site. The files of children, the Provider and household members were reviewed. Emergency documentation and procedures were also reviewed. According to the provider, there were no children in care at the time of the desk review. Violations are indicated in the violation notice.
