Technical Assistance:

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Technical assistance was given on model forms, training requirements and equipment for diapering.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An initial inspection was initiated on 08/30/2020 and concluded on 09/02/2020. The Provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no daycare children present. The inspector emailed the Provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The provider and household member?s records were reviewed, equipment and supplies were viewed by FaceTime and the provider emailed some paperwork for emergency preparation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
