Technical Assistance was offered regarding: Diapering, children's health forms, outdoor space.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced initial inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/22/20. There were no children in care. A complete walk through of the family day home was conducted virtually, including the outdoor area. 1 caregiver and 1 household member's records were reviewed. Equipment, cribs, first aid supplies and other items were inspected. The provider had a parent board that displayed the menu, evacuation map, emergency preparedness plan, daily schedule and attendance records that will be used for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
