This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on October 14, 2020 and concluded on the same date. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-120-B Description: Based on record review and interview, the provider did not maintain all contain the required information.
Evidence: Staff 1 does not have 2 completed references.
Plan of Correction: I gave the forms to my staff but she has not returned them. I will ask her to get them.
