During inspection provider discussed that they were in the process of inquiring about becoming a subsidy vendor. Since children were not yet enrolled the policy regarding the observation of children in care was discussed.
- Comments:

On 10/30/20 a virtual monitoring inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email correspondence. During inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected. vendor and household member records were reviewed. There were no children present during this inspection.
