The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
You are reminded that all out of state background checks are required by December 2020 for staff hired prior to 7/1/20
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/13 and concluded on 11/16/20. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 11 children present (24pts)and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and background checks for one staff. No new household or staff since the last inspection. Records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
